- RaceTec chip.
- Shorts
- Club shirt
- Uhm. Under garments.
- Wrist band. For the sweat. And the tears
- Socks. Tried and tested
- Cap. Usually for the sun but this time more likely for the rain.
- Shades
- Makeshift rain coat (aka a trash bag). For some pre-race shelter from the wetness.
- Race number x 2
- Garmin Forerunner. Charged. <3
- Tissues
- Bag to carry the necessary supplies
- Pre-race sunblock
- Pre-race chafe prevention essentials. Loobit and Vaseline. Lots of it.
- Pre-race long-sleeved top.
- Gu Energy gels x 6
- Sunblock
- Band-aids
- Pain meds
- Hair elastic
- Wrist pace chart
- Nerves
- Excitement
- Hardcore kick-ass attitude
Check. Check. Check.
